# Hiroshima City Asa Zoological Park

Eight zones lead you through African animals, apes and monkeys, Japanese and Asian animals, reptiles, and the big cats. Rhino Terrace shows black rhinos bred here at one of the world's highest rates. Four cheetah cubs, the first ever bred here, are growing up. A forest elephant and its calf live here, and a breeding facility works on the Japanese giant salamander. The zoo also publishes a map of places to shelter in a sudden shower.
