# Sendai City Science Museum

The third floor, remade in 2025, holds seven zones. In Challenge Lab you can stand inside a giant soap bubble or push magnetic fluid about with a magnet. A three-meter tornado machine marks the entrance to the disaster zone, whose theatre replays the shaking Sendai recorded in the Tohoku earthquake. The vehicle garage has a real aircraft and a formula car to sit in, plus a subway driving simulator. Upstairs, Miyagi's nature is shown through fossils and specimens you may touch.
