Inside are traces of Yayoi life from 2,000 years ago, and a clay pot the limestone has grown around. Small children can only do the 40-minute sightseeing course, and it needs no booking. The Adventure Course, crawling between rocks, is elementary age and up and guided in Japanese only. People who cannot understand Japanese are not able to join it.
