Tori-ten began here as a menu item: thigh meat sliced thin, seasoned with soy sauce, garlic and sesame oil, then fried. Squeeze kabosu over it, or dip it in vinegared soy sauce with mustard. Lunch cannot be booked, and on busy days the desk stops taking people earlier, so come early.
