Galleries, manga library and cafe are all under one roof. Diaper changing tables sit inside the accessible toilets on the first and second floors. Used diapers go home with you, but the museum hands out diaper disposal bags, so you do not have to pack your own. Only one loan stroller exists, so bring your own.
