Then comes Tainai-meguri at Zuigu-do Hall (100 yen), a pitch-dark underground walk along a rope of prayer beads. It is scary, but one family's kids came out laughing; it was the part they most wanted to repeat. At the Otowa Waterfall, kids love ladling from one of three streams; a small garden also has koi and turtles.
