# Kabukiza Theatre

The single-act seats on the fourth floor let you watch just one play, which the theater recommends for first-timers. There you also hear omuko, the shouts called out from the audience, the biggest surprise for one young schoolchild. From the regular seats, stage fights thrilled a 3-year-old, and a sword fight kept a schoolchild watching. In the fifth-floor Kabuki-za Gallery, a child once (2021 or earlier) rode a life-size prop horse, a palanquin and a boat. One play, then the gallery: kabuki sized to a child's attention.
