Between baths, the town offers koi in the Otani River through its center and foot baths around town. At night only, a game hall with a shooting gallery opens. Strolling in yukata (cotton robes) before dinner is the classic evening. Of the seven baths, only Jizo-yu has a shallow children's tub, and a 2018 visitor found one on both the men's and women's sides.
