Terminal 1 lines five of them up on the central first floor, close enough to compare. JAL ABC's desks on the first floor of Terminals 1 and 2 close an hour after the last international arrival. In Terminal 2, four SIM vending machines stand on the second floor before immigration, so you can buy one before joining the line. Terminal 3 has just one counter and a machine. - Area: chiba - Type: facility - Hours: Terminal 1: the counters in the central building on 1F - AnyFone JAPAN, XCom Global, J WiFi & Mobile, SoftBank and Telecom Square - all run 07:00-21:00. On 4F of the north wing you get XCom Global, J WiFi & Mobile and JAL ABC; on 4F of the south wing, J WiFi & Mobile, Telecom Square and JAL ABC - all 07:00-21:00.
