# Tokyo DisneySea

Mermaid Lagoon, the indoor area, keeps places that suit small children close together. Inside, 1-year-olds can ride the Blowfish Balloon Race and Whirlpool held by a parent, and Ariel's Playground takes the stroller. Repeats are fine: one 3-year-old went back for a fourth ride, and her parents call a second round of the area a good plan. Between areas, too, the Transit Steamer Line officially takes strollers. The park's FAQ omits the Electric Railway, but one family rode it with theirs in 2022. It made one family's seated afternoon break.
