Haneda is the Tokyo airport closest to the city center, with three passenger terminals: Terminal 1 for domestic flights on Japan Airlines, Skymark, and StarFlyer; Terminal 2 for domestic carriers including ANA, Air Do and Solaseed, and for a few ANA international flights; and Terminal 3 for international flights.
Two rail lines, the Keikyu Airport Line and the Tokyo Monorail, run right into the terminals.
Terminals 1 and 2 are also joined by an underground walkway of about 400 meters (a quarter of a mile), though the moving walkway inside it is closed for construction.

Most international flights use Terminal 3, though some ANA international flights leave from Terminal 2, so check the terminal on your ticket before you set off and you land at the right building.
If you have a domestic connection you take a free shuttle bus between terminals, so allow about 30 extra minutes with a stroller and you can make the change at walking pace.

Nursing rooms are on nearly every floor, each with a baby changing seat and water for formula at 70°C (158°F), and fathers can go into everything but the nursing booths, so the formula and the diaper change can be his job.
