Jozankei is a valley hot-spring town 50 minutes by car from Sapporo, visited by some 2.4 million people a year. The hotel's pool, among Hokkaido's largest, holds a splash river, a wave pool and a shallow kids' plaza. Children's swimsuits can be rented in sizes 100 to 160 centimeters, and swim diapers are sold for toddlers. Of the two baths, Seiten is on the top floor, 60 meters up. Western-style rooms have beds that cannot be pushed together, so Japanese-style rooms are suggested if you need a bed guard.
| Outside food allowed | No | Bringing your own food or drink into the rooms is not allowed; anything bought at the hotel's shop or vending machines can be eaten in the room | Web-checked | checked Aug ’26 | jozankeiview.com |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| High chair | Yes | Children's chairs at both the buffet restaurant and the dining room; the buffet ones are small chairs without a belt, and numbers are limited | Web-checked | checked Aug ’26 | jozankeiview.com |
| Allergy support | Yes | The buffet restaurant has a chart for the seven major allergens (egg, wheat, buckwheat, peanut, milk, shrimp, crab). Cooking and washing share one kitchen, so trace contamination cannot be ruled out — call ahead to discuss details | Web-checked | checked Aug ’26 | jozankeiview.com |
| Non-smoking | Completely non-smoking | All rooms in both the main and the new building are non-smoking | Web-checked | checked Aug ’26 | jozankeiview.com |

| Pool age & swim diaper policy | Yes | Swim diapers are sold at ¥200 each (M/L/Big) for small children whose swimsuits are too big. Swimsuit rental is ¥1,000 (children's sizes 100-160cm).
