Adventure World sits at Shirahama on the Wakayama coast and is several parks in one: a marine zone, a safari zone, a petting area, and a fairground called the Play Zone. The safari bus, the Kenya-go, now runs as LIVE!

If your kids fade on a plain walk past enclosures, some of the attractions here let them hand a snack straight to a sea animal or a land animal.
On the safari bus a staff member rides along and talks through what the keepers have seen that day. The baby care room has a hot-water dispenser and a space fathers can go into as well.
Strollers rent for 1,000 yen and fit a child under three who weighs 33 pounds or less, so you do not have to bring one.
The fairground rides are paid one at a time, so you can ride the lion-and-panda carousel at 400 yen a head, free for age 3 and under, and skip the rest.

You sign a consent form at the rental counter to collect it, and two children may not ride in one. The baby care room has a water boiler and space where fathers can come in as well. There is also a nursing room at the entrance to the women's restroom on the first floor of the Center Dome, and the women's restrooms have diaper changing tables and baby chairs. Getting there
- By car from the Osaka direction, the Hanwa Expressway takes about two and a half hours, and on the JR Kinokuni Line, Tennoji Station to Shirahama Station is about two hours.source
- A nonstop flight from Haneda to Nanki-Shirahama takes about an hour, and buses and taxis to Adventure World run from both JR Shirahama Station and Nanki-Shirahama Airport.source

The park divides into a safari, a marine area, petting grounds and a fairground. Staff ride the safari bus and explain what the animals are doing as it happens. The marine show runs forty minutes. Several attractions let you feed the animals by hand. One go-kart course takes ages two to twelve only, and a water maze and a big wheel stand nearby.
