- Fee：Adults and university students ¥1,000, high-school and junior-high students ¥700, children aged 4 and over ¥500. Children aged 3 and under are free and need no ticket. Holders of a disability certificate enter free but still need a ticket, and one carer per person is also free. All prices include tax.■
- Hours：10:00-18:00. Entry is by timed slot — seven a day from 10:00 to 16:00, each closing an hour later — but it is not a turnover system, so you can stay until closing. Closing days are shown only on the official opening calendar.■

- Booking：Admission is by date-and-time reservation only, and no tickets are sold at the museum itself. Buy before you go; entry needs the QR-code ticket issued after purchase. The plan began with the artist's wife, who wanted to give something back to the children who read his comics. In the first exhibition room, original pages hang beside color art drawn for book covers, and one wall follows nearly a whole story. His desk sits ringed by dinosaur figures, under shelves of reference books. Upstairs, animal sculptures made from his paper cutouts stand outside the second room, and another corner gathers his Sundays as a father. The 200-inch theater plays a short film made for this building alone.

The nearest station is Noborito (Odakyu Line and JR Nambu Line), about 15 minutes at best from Shinjuku or Shibuya, and a paid shuttle bus runs direct from there every 10-15 minutes, taking about 9 minutes (¥220 adult, ¥110 child, IC or cash). You can also walk from Mukogaoka-yuen (Odakyu) or Shukugawara (JR Nambu). There is bicycle parking, but places are limited. Re-entry is not allowed, and the shop and cafe cannot be used without an admission ticket.
