Basics
- Fee：Admission is 900 yen for adults, 600 for high-school students showing a student card, 200 for primary and junior-high, and 100 for children from age four; under four is free. Advance tickets from convenience stores or your phone are ten percent less (810/540/180/90). Children through junior high get in free on 3 March, 2 April, 5 May and 15 June, and everyone gets in free on the fourth Sunday of October. From 65, entry is free on showing anything with your date of birth on it, whether or not you live in Funabashi. Almost everything else is charged on top: parking 500 yen (300 in winter, 1 December to 15 March), a pony ride 100, a novelty bicycle 200-300, mini putting golf 300, mini cars 100, the mini railway 100, a boat 300 for half an hour, a coin locker 100, and a hired pushchair 100. Cards and codes work for admission and some shops only - events, parking and the rides are cash, and there is no cash machine in the park.■■■
- Hours：9:30 to 16:00 on an ordinary day. It stays open to 17:00 only on weekends and public holidays from 8 April to 31 October, and every day from 20 March to 7 April, on 15 June, and from 20 July to 31 August. There is no last-admission time; you leave when it closes. Closed Mondays, except that it opens on public holidays and through the spring, summer and winter school holidays. The car park opens thirty minutes before the gates. Rides stop taking people thirty minutes before closing, earlier when it is busy.■■

Paths run over steps and slopes in places, and the only lift is inside the children's art museum. Pushchairs are hired at the north, south and west gates for 100 yen, with no booking. The hire ones are B-type, for children up to three who can sit up, so a smaller baby needs your own. The Service Centre in Wanpaku Kingdom lends a microwave for warming baby food. Nobody is paged over a loudspeaker, so fix a meeting point on arrival.
