With a stroller, most of the paths are easy and have benches along them, and all three accessible restrooms have a diaper changing table.
The nearest nursing rooms are next door: the park points you to the art museum or to Sunforte rather than to anywhere on its own grounds.

- Buses can drop off and pick up at the entrance drive in front of the Toyama Prefectural Museum of Art, though not park there, and only between 9:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., never on days the museum is closed (the day after a public holiday and the New Year period).source
