Rainy day things to do in Tokushima with kids 3 spots
Tokushima is mountains dropping into a fast strait. Whirlpools spin under the Naruto bridge and you look down at them through a glass floor, and in August the Awa Odori dance is open to anyone who wants to join in.

The main draw is the walkway out over the sea inside the Onaruto Bridge girder space, 450 meters to the observation room at the end. There is no dedicated parking lot, so drivers walk over from the Naruto Park lot.
The roughly 1,000 works along a 4-kilometer route are inside a building of five basement floors and three above ground, with the garden on the ground floor. Elevators serve the five gallery floors from basement 3 up to the second floor.
The performances and the museum are in the same building, reachable by elevator; only the Mount Bizan ropeway leaving from the fifth floor may change its operation in sudden weather.
