The Skyliner reaches Ueno in about 41 minutes, the Narita Express Tokyo Station in about 55. Any information counter lends a stroller, and taking one straight after customs saves a long walk to the trains. Baby care rooms run through all three terminals, and the play areas are on the far side of passport control.
