Three lines are open to view: block konnyaku, shirataki noodles and jelly. Video walks through the finer machine steps, and panels cover the history of konnyaku. The tasting buffet runs to about 15 dishes, from dengaku and ajillo to ramen and sweets made with konnyaku flour. Three hands-on courses cover jelly, color magic and konnyaku itself. Outside there is a ball-scooping crane, a mini Ferris wheel billed as Gunma's smallest, and five foot baths in four styles.

- Fee：The hands-on classes are paid and take 30 minutes: konnyaku jelly with fruit ¥1,320 for adults (junior-high and up) and ¥880 for children (primary school and up); konnyaku colour magic ¥1,100 / ¥770; making konnyaku from the powder ¥1,430 / ¥990.
