Naha Airport lists two rental counters, one in each terminal: WiFiBOX in the domestic arrival lobby, GLOBAL WiFi in the international arrival lobby.
What you cannot get here is a SIM card — no counter selling one appears anywhere on the official pages, so it is not something to plan on picking up after you land.
The English pages carry the same two, as Domestic Arrival lobby (1F) and International Arrival lobby (1F), so you can look them up in English before you fly and ask for the same names on the day.
The free airport network is a single SSID, Free_Wi-Fi_NAHA_Airport, and it covers the shared areas on four floors: the arrival lobby and entrance, the departure lobby and boarding area, check-in, and the fourth-floor restaurants.
It does not reach inside every shop, so get connected while you are in those shared areas rather than wherever you happen to stop.

It keeps the same hours as the terminal itself, 6 a.m. to midnight, so even a late landing still gets you online.
The other counter, GLOBAL WiFi, is over in the international terminal and closes at 9 p.m., so if you land in the evening, stay with WiFiBOX and you skip both the terminal change and a counter that has already shut.
