ISHIYA, the Sapporo confectioner, built this park around its own factory. Inside, the production lines for Shiroi Koibito and Saku Langue de Chat run in full view. The Big Box puts you inside a giant version of the biscuit tin. Projection mapping tells the story of chocolate's four great revolutions, and Gulliver Town Pokke is a street of shop-sized houses for children. Sweets workshops, a rose garden of about 200 bushes in summer, and the neighbouring Consadole Sapporo training pitch round out the grounds.
