Buy a ticket on the way in — the factory tour and the kids' own town are both inside the paid area.
That town is Gulliver Town Pokke, a street of child-sized shops and houses where kids change into princess costumes and play house.
When they run out of steam, you can eat without leaving: the cafe has Shiroi Koibito soft serve, parfaits and a white soup curry.
Watch the factory, turn them loose in the town, then finish outside, where animals parade out of the clock tower on the hour.

- Ages 4-6At the Sweets Workshop Dream Kitchen, a five-year-old draws their own picture on a cookie with colored pens. ISHIYA, a Sapporo confectioner, built this theme park around the factory that makes its Shiroi Koibito cookies, seven minutes' walk from Miyanosawa Station. Visitors watch the cookies come off the line, decorate one at the sweets workshop, and eat Shiroi Koibito parfaits in the cafe. Kids get their own street of child-sized shops and houses to play in. The courtyard garden, free to enter, has about 200 rose bushes in summer and illuminations in winter.
