A flower garden when it opened in 1853, this Asakusa park now bills itself as the oldest amusement park in Japan. Everything is packed onto one small site, so the next ride is always a few steps away. Children ride the merry-go-round horses, the swans and the haunted house. The mood stays old-fashioned, closer to a neighborhood fair than a theme park.

- Fee：One-day pass (admission plus unlimited rides): ¥4,600 adult (junior high school to 64), ¥3,400 child (5 to 6th grade), ¥3,400 senior (65+), free for infants 0-4 with exceptions. Admission only: ¥1,600 adult, ¥800 child, ¥800 senior, free for infants 0-4 — rides are then ¥100 a ticket (11 for ¥1,000), or an unlimited-ride pass bought inside the park (¥3,000 adult, ¥2,600 child and senior). Free for a visitor with a disability certificate. The exceptions to the infant free rule: Roller Coaster, Disk'O and Little Star charge a child of 4 or under who meets their height requirement, and Ninnin Park charges from age 3 (free for 6 months to 2 years). An adult who rides as a companion pays as well — except on Shirasagi and Helicopter, where the accompanying adult rides free■
- Hours：10:00-18:00, last entry 30 minutes before closing. The park states that hours vary with the season, the weather and other circumstances. There is no fixed weekly closing day — closed days are announced on the official business calendar■
- Booking：No reservation needed — buy a web ticket in advance, or buy at the entrance on the day (web tickets can be bought on the day too). A web ticket can be cancelled by yourself free of charge until 23:59 the day before. Admission tickets bought at the entrance, and ride tickets bought at the machines or the ticket house, are not refundable — though ride tickets have no expiry date and can be used another day. There is no annual pass. The Asakusa Gate, the information desk, the ticket house and the machines take cashless payment as well as cash.
